Hansan is the founder of Hansan Studio in Singapore, known for her refined use of color and her eye for detail. With a background in fine arts, she brings a painter's eye to tattooing, blending soft color palettes with intricate line work. Her tattoos are small and full of depth: Van Gogh's Starry Night redrawn for skin, a Pikachu in a painter's hat, anime characters framed like tiny paintings.

Her work covers beloved film scenes, animals and her own takes on paintings by Monet, Van Gogh and Klimt, where realism meets a playful streak. Whatever the subject, the same care goes into every piece. She also runs an academy at her Singapore studio, with a curriculum she designed herself, where new artists train through hands-on work.
