Although she eventually left art school to pursue a more hands - on approach, Tae’s experience in printmaking deeply influenced her design sensibilities. This background gave her a unique perspec tive, drawing her towards the art of tattooing. With a dedication to the craft and a desire to further refine her skills, Tae moved to Philadelphia, where she completed a rigorous apprenticeship in machine tattooing. Her time in Philadelphia shaped her art istic philosophy, allowing her to blend the precision and technical expertise of machine tattooing with the organic, meditative qualities of handpoke techniques.

Today, Tae’s work is a harmonious fusion of both worlds. Inspired by the fluidity of nature’s forms and the elegance of fine art, her pieces are a delicate balance of structure and freeform expression.
